MY APPROACH TO LIFE HAS CHANGED - FOREVER !!

MY APPROACH TO LIFE HAS CHANGED - FOREVER !! Starting conversations about mental health is so important, because:

1. There is no shame in having a mental health problem.
2. Other people are experiencing the same thing.
3. It helps us become more comfortable in talking about the way we are feeling (which is one of the key ways we can keep our minds healthy).

If you are concerned about yourself or a loved one, here is an international master list of suicide crisis telephone numbers:-

• In 2013, there were 8.2 million cases of anxiety in the UK.
• In 2014, 19% of people in the UK aged 16+ showed symptoms of anxiety or depression.
