Today I will show you the concept of repeating notes to extend your range on the guitar.

You can go from one area of the fretboard to another by using scales. Usually, this works for faster passages, but that does not allow you to develop your solo.

Instead, we are going to use a repeated note to shift scale positions. By doing this we avoid the mechanic sound of just changing from one scale position to another and break that typical sound of position playing.
