The light the sun produces is good for you in so many ways! EVEN HELPS AGAINST CERTAIN CANCERS?! However remember to take precautions when taking sunlight! Don't take sunlight from around 10:00am-4:00pm for any long periods of time, and take in consideration your skin pigmentation and area in which you live! 15 minutes of sunlight is a great amount!
