Current swing slow- mo. Read description of the things to take note of how I accomplish it. Few things to see. First the shaft location at the top of the back swing (butt pointed to sagital plane (belt buckle)) and the shaft flattening out initially in the downswing(this is the screwing in the light bulb move). Second, the triangle of light you can see when my hands approach waist level with right palm up and below the left(brought about with right forearm rotation clockwise bringing the elbow to the tucked position) this is also where the shaft loading begins. Third, my right hand at impact(neanderthal left hand move) and the V Jay look the very next frame(hanging on for dear life with shaft load still intact but releasing). Fourth that I am still extending the posted left leg after impact (by not thinking about the lower body allowing natural movement). Lastly how my upper torso does not catch up to the lower body until the V Jay move.
This is what a 11 mph hand speed, 96 mph club head with a -6.34* shaft lean 3.12 to 1 swing ratio 5 iron looks like with no effort.
