The NBN Technology Choice Program - why it ultimately has failed to deliver on its promises

Charmian Gaud emailed me and described the issues she had with NBN's Technology Choice Program. In this video I go through some of the financial issues with TCP and why it has failed on Malcolm Turnbull's promise to provide FTTP to those willing to pay a "few thousand dollars" extra.
