In this video I compare the typical nutrient levels you'll get on a Fruitarian Diet, a Low Fat Raw Food Diet and also compare that to two of my own recent days of eating.

The difference in nutrient levels will be stunning. And you'll realize why so many people fail to thrive on a raw diet long term. They're just not getting enough nutrients.

Once your nutrient needs are met then staying raw is quite fun and easy to do for the long term.

You'll also see that you can get complete nutrition on a Raw Food Diet if you do it correctly. Unfortunately most people are not getting anywhere close to the proper level of nutrients needed to thrive on a Raw Food Diet. But it very much can be done and done so quite enjoyably when you know how.
