Hard to believe but a CNC can make a great tool tote/ organizer for hand tools. I've designed a tool organizer designed to fit in a Festool/Tanos style #4 Systainer Systainer. It's easy to make with an size CNC. You just need the plans and files and 9mm Baltic Birch Plywood. With the tote, you're tools will be protected, organized and available. Perfect for the tools you need for any woodworking class, workshop or for use on a remote job site. This Systainer insert is designed to taken apart and stored flat, so you can create different layouts for different tool sets depending on your needs. I've included a couple of tool layouts and a blank layout so you can design your own tool tote. If you come up with a new tool layout you'd like to share, send me a photo and the DXF files so it can be shared with others.
