Ingredients:
1 tsp. coffee (2 gr.)
30 ml. how water
250 gr. mascarpone
50 gr. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
140 gr. ladyfingers
50 gr. chocolate spread
30 gr. cocoa powder
Method:
Dissolve the coffee with 30 ml. hot water and leave it to cool. Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar, chilled coffee and vanilla extract. Make the ladyfingers into crumbs. Add them to the mixture. Stir well and freeze for 30 minutes. Take a small portion of the mixture, spread and in the middle put chocolate spread, close and form a ball, roll in cocoa powder.
Serve immediately, but for a better taste, refrigerate for 4 hours.
From this recipe you can make 16 pieces.
